This way, you can make quick and precise cross-cuts – everywhere you need them. The sturdy positioning bolt and adjustable stop let you make perfectly repeatable angled cuts from -60° to +60°. The return function lets you whip out quick and consistent cross-cuts.

The built-in guide wedge stops the saw blade from getting stuck. Plus, the pendulum hood remote control lets you open the pendulum guard easily and safely. That way, safety really becomes a handy boost for your work.

The guide wedge enables unobstructed, stress-free and therefore safe sawing. As it is integrated into the spring-mounted pendulum hood, it is also possible to carry out plunge cuts in a safe and unobstructed way.

Expand - Depth setting with plunge feature
Simply push the lever and set the desired cutting depth using the scale. Unlock the plunge position and use the spring-supported plunge-cut function to safely and conveniently plunge into the preset depth.
Expand - Scribe mark = cut
Getting it just right, even for mitre cuts up to 50°. When you're using the HKC 55 K alongside the guide or cross-cutting guide rail, the scribe line is always the same as the cutting edge, even when you're making mitre cuts.
Expand - Viewing window and gauge marker
The open construction and the viewing window on the inside provide a good view of the scribe mark and saw blade. The continuous gauge marker also increases precision.
Expand - Precision guidance
The HKC 55 demonstrates its versatility when combined with the Festool guide rail system, too. For example, insulation boards can be cut to size quickly and accurately using the FS 1400/2.
